Pakistan Wants Check On Afghan Border Movement

Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) chief Tariq Khosa Wednesday called for installing biometric devices on the border with Afghanistan to detect illegal movement of goods and people.

He made the request to Interior Secretary Syed Kamal Shah during a meeting to discuss the recent terror attacks in Lahore and Islamabad.

Khosa complained to the interior secretary that the police and intelligence agencies were not cooperating with FIA to take forward the investigation in the terror attacks, the online news agency reported.

He said some of the accused in the terror attacks are under the police custody.
