Richard Holbrooke believes that the Taliban is under a huge amount of pressure because of the fresh NATO troop surge, especially in the southern part of Afghanistan.
Its true that Taliban is facing stress after increasing of troops and they also facing lack of finances, a strong and comprehensive policy will help the Afghanistan to stand upon its feet again and Mr. Holbrooke will definitely successful to rebuild this country after a long time.
