There were no immediate reports of casualties but tremors were felt in Mansehra and Malakand at 12:24 p.m., Zahid Rafi, a senior officer at Pakistan's meteorological department, told AFP.
Still no safeguard or preventative measures have been taken to fight this natural disaster though we already have seen a massive earthquake in the year 2005. There is no plan has been set to tackle the situation if we have again faced the same situation as in 2005 because it is the season of this type of natural disaster.
