Call for a Change - Occupy Wall Street (OWS)

In a blog post in the month of July 2011 , a Canadian-based Adbusters Foundation, well-known for its advertisement-free anti-consumerist magazine namely Adbusters, projected a nonviolent occupation of Wall Street to protest corporate influence on democracy, a growing inequality in wealth, and the absence of legal impacts behind the recent worldwide fiscal calamity. They sought to unite the symbolic place of the 2011 protests in Tahrir Square with the consensus decision making of the 2011 Spanish protests. Adbusters' leading editor Micah White said they had proposed the protest through their email record and it "was spontaneously taken up by all the public of the world. Adbusters' website stated that from their "one simple demand; a presidential commission to separate money from politics" they would "initiate to set the agenda for a new USA." They supported the protest with a hoarding featuring a dancer atop Wall Street's iconic Charging Bull.

The internet group Anonymous encouraged its followers and supporters to become part in the protests, calling campaigners to "flood lower Manhattan, set up tents, kitchens, peaceful blockades and occupy Wall Street." It is noted that many anonymous supporters of these activists give their credit card numbers to stores near by the protest area and instruct the store keeper to provide food to these people.

Adbusters' Kalle Lasn, said that later than the election of President Barrack Obama it was a feeling among the young that the new President would pass laws to control the banking structure and "capture these monetary fraudsters and bring them to justice." But, as time passed, "the feeling that he's a bit of a gutless wonder gradually crept in" and they lost their expectation that his election would result in change.

The protest was commenced at Zuccotti Park because it was private property and police could not lawfully compel them to leave without being requested to do so by the property owner. At a press conference held on the same day as the protests began, New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg stated that, "People have a right to protest, and if they want to protest, we'll be happy to make certain they have right locations to do so.

In a short summary, Occupy Wall Street is an continuing series of protests began by a Canadian youth group namely Adbusters which started on September 17, 2011 in Zuccotti Park of New York City's Wall Street financial hub. The protests are against social and economic inequality, high unemployment, greed, as well as corruption, and the undue influence of corporations particularly that of the financial services sector on government. The protesters' slogan We are the 99% refers to the growing difference in wealth in the U.S. between the wealthiest 1% and the rest of the population. Occupy Wall Street has led to the broader Occupy movement of leaderless protests in other American cities and around the world. The main thing is that the fully advance and neutral media channels of all news agencies are silent upon this gigantic campaign and these young protesters could not get even a single column of any leading news paper neither a single line strip over any news channel, the neutral media who focused its eyes and shouting even upon the death of an aunt in Afghanistan, China or any other country is still not provide any news bulletin about OWS, no hot discussions, no eye coverage.

A calm gathering of protesters having different placard in there hand, a young girl display a card stating a personal story on it that "my grandmother was on last stage of cancer, she need a process that cost $ 7,000, Blue cross refused to pay the sum, same year the CEO of Blue Cross took home that cost $ 1.5 million, my grandmother was 53% and I am 99%. An other young lady having a placard stating that "look mom no future". It could be said that the system of Capitalism is in its brink of an end and taking its last breaths of life, soon or later it will vanish same like  Communism in past, then what the choice will be left for Finical Experts who successfully run this system and having a Hi life style that include driving expensive SUV's or stretched Limos and living in homes that have golf course and helipads now they are facing bad impacts of Capitalism. No one has any successful system other than Islam that had been stated 1400 years ago. An Islamic Scholar Dr. Israr Ahmed (Late) once said while addressing publicly that the disaster began from that day, the day they implemented the system of price The Financial System of Islam is the most suitable alternate at this stage to overcome the current financial and economical situation.

Replacing Mac Crystal Is Acceptance of Defeat By US-Aslam Baig

“To bring Taliban on discussion table and appointing David Petraeus by replacing McChrystal is a defeat of US. US, Northern Alliance and NATO have been defeated by Taliban. Mullah Umer still has soft corner for Pakistan he beliefs that Pakistan has given sacrifice in 70’s and support Afghanistan against USSR but currently Pakistan is supporting USA.”

Pakistan ex army chief General Rtd. Aslam Baig said this in a television interview 2 days ago, he adds that the conception that Pakistan is supporting Taliban is wrong, Taliban is a fact and everyone has to accept the truth they are succeeding because of their own efforts.

When the anchor asked him about the Afghan war impact on Pakistan General Baig said that Pervaiz Musharraf bring ISI back from the borders and India got the chance to step-in in Afghanistan. Army Chief Ashfaq Kiani had decided that army would not interrupt in Government; if he not took the decision then Pervaiz Musharraf would have still in power. General Baig further said that from General Ayub Khan to Pervaiz Musharraf USA involved in the political affairs of Pakistan.

Pakistan & USA Strategic Dialogue

The Pakistan & USA strategic dialogue has taken place, with Pakistan having arranged comprehensively for an work out that the USA looks to be using to reinstate the old treaty system it developed at some stage in the Cold War to throw a ring around the USSR. Pakistan was passionate about the treaty system, being the only country separately from the USA, Turkey and the UK to be a part of more than one treaty, as being a member of both the Central Treaty Organisation (Turkey and Iran being the other members, the former also being a member of NATO, the main anti-Soviet armed coalition) & the South East Asia Treaty Organisation (which also had as members the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia). Pakistan joined SEATO because of East Pakistan, and left it when it seceded. CENTO broke up around the same time, and the replacing economic organisation, Regional Cooperation for Development (RCD), did not evolve, unlike ASEAN, which took SEATO’s place.

The USA has avoided local coalitions since the conclusion of the Cold War, excluding NATO, which it is increasing to incorporate former Warsaw Pact members, although it has affianced in a progression of strategic dialogues, frequently with countries that may have a variance, and therefore would not like to be part of an coalition method. For example, India, which the USA encouraged since the 1950s, preferred to favour the USSR, never became part of any coalition method or alliance system, but it is a dialogue associate with the USA since 2006, and the ‘dialogue’ is biannual, with visits to both countries by the other’s delegation. This is not just for the reason that India after the Cold War is in search of a relationship with the USA that will be harmful to Pakistan, but because the USA wants it as a barricade against China. One more motive is that there is no alliance in the region which India can join. SAARC is un-productive, not even economically, not even after it expanded to include Afghanistan, and the USA has found that it can best connect in a dialogue procedure. USA also has gone for a dialogue with Israel and Saudi Arabia, both of which would have not been prepared to unite for a local coalition with the other as a member, even if one had existed, not that it does.

The strategic dialogue is best comprehended in terms of the joint ministerial commission, though non-official members, members of the parliament/legislation or businessmen, are supposed to be part, though they are not this time. The dialogue terms appears limited to the USA, though it looks that China might opponent of it. After all, China has not only had a dialogue with Pakistan, it also has a strategic dialogue about to begin with the UK. In principle, the USA should not maintain a control. Any bilateral association can be the topic of a dialogue between the two, and one can wait for an occasion when the ‘dialogue’ term might be used to explain talks between two opponents, as like India and Pakistan. If one only recognize, Pakistan and India have involved in a dialogue now for more than 60 years, a dialogue which has been deep enough to cover three wars and the Kashmir issue as well.

American CIA Thinks Osama Is in Pakistan

Osama Bin Laden is still in Pakistan, and the spy agency is hoping to close in on him as that country's military cracks down on the northwestern tribal area where he is thought to be hiding, said by Leon Panetta Director of CIA after a conversation on Capitol Hill yesterday, he further said finding Bin Laden remains one of the CIA's top priorities, "I guess one of our hopes is that as Pakistani military moves in, combined with our operations, we may have a better chance to get at him,".

It is another shocking news for a country who not yet stands upon its feet from consecutive suicide bombing, internally displace persons’ problems and operation against activists and if CIA’s believe is not wrong then we will not deny the fact that Osama is directing and guiding the activists in the northwest area, however Mr. Panetta do not provide any proof of his belief but if we look the overall situation of the northwest of the country side then chances of such belief will not be ignored. As per US intelligence records around 90,000 US and international forces are currently helping 160,000 Afghan forces fight a Taliban insurgency across southern and eastern Afghanistan, but Al Qaeda's presence and influence is thought to be concentrated along the eastern border with Pakistan and this could be extended to Pakistan if Osama is likely be there.

US Elated With Pakistan’s Swat Offensive, General James Jones

General James Jones, Adviser of White House National Security told a Washington think-tank on Wednesday evening that “he was inspired also by the ‘receptiveness’ of the Pakistani nation to the military offensive”. ‘The armed forces response so far has the support of the Pakistani people,’ Gen Jones added. ‘The government’s popularity has shot up a little bit in the polls and that is going to have an effect in the border region between Afghanistan and Pakistan.’ He, still, recognized that it was too soon to determine outcome of the revamped US plan for Afghanistan and Pakistan, but its outlook for victory should turn into clear within a year. He further said ‘With the right metrics and the right benchmarks, I think that we should know within in a year whether this strategy is going to be successful’.He further added that the US plan involved much more than forces victory. ‘It’s not about how many troops you put on the ground,’ Gen Jones said. ‘It’s whether you can achieve security, economic development and governance and the rule of law simultaneously.’

I say that

The government and the people who hold the military action as a way to fight the Taliban of NWFP are arrogant to declare that 'it is our war', i.e. we are not carrying out these forces action at the will of the US, but because we are induced that the activists are a risk to Pakistan's existence. This is one of the most complicated time of Pakistan's record, every next day, Prime Minister Gilani and President Zardari excitedly publicize the overall situation of northwest of Pakistan That shows very sound expectation that the PPP government will provide a vision to lead the country out of this crisis.

Future of USA, Russian Professor's Prediction About USA

Igor Panarin

These line has been taken from Wall Street Journal written by Andrew Osborn

For a decade, Russian academic Igor Panarin has been predicting the U.S. will fall apart in 2010. For most of that time, he admits, few took his argument -- that an economic and moral collapse will trigger a civil war and the eventual breakup of the U.S. -- very seriously. Now he's found an eager audience: Russian state media.

In recent weeks, he's been interviewed as much as twice a day about his predictions. "It's a record," says Prof. Panarin. "But I think the attention is going to grow even stronger."

Prof. Panarin, 50 years old, is not a fringe figure. A former KGB analyst, he is dean of the Russian Foreign Ministry's academy for future diplomats. He is invited to Kremlin receptions, lectures students, publishes books, and appears in the media as an expert on U.S.-Russia relations.

But it's his bleak forecast for the U.S. that is music to the ears of the Kremlin, which in recent years has blamed Washington for everything from instability in the Middle East to the global financial crisis. Mr. Panarin's views also fit neatly with the Kremlin's narrative that Russia is returning to its rightful place on the world stage after the weakness of the 1990s, when many feared that the country would go economically and politically bankrupt and break into separate territories.

A polite and cheerful man with a buzz cut, Mr. Panarin insists he does not dislike Americans. But he warns that the outlook for them is dire.

"There's a 55-45% chance right now that disintegration will occur," he says. "One could rejoice in that process," he adds, poker-faced. "But if we're talking reasonably, it's not the best scenario -- for Russia." Though Russia would become more powerful on the global stage, he says, its economy would suffer because it currently depends heavily on the dollar and on trade with the U.S.

Mr. Panarin posits, in brief, that mass immigration, economic decline, and moral degradation will trigger a civil war next fall and the collapse of the dollar. Around the end of June 2010, or early July, he says, the U.S. will break into six pieces -- with Alaska reverting to Russian control.

In addition to increasing coverage in state media, which are tightly controlled by the Kremlin, Mr. Panarin's ideas are now being widely discussed among local experts. He presented his theory at a recent roundtable discussion at the Foreign Ministry. The country's top international relations school has hosted him as a keynote speaker. During an appearance on the state TV channel Rossiya, the station cut between his comments and TV footage of lines at soup kitchens and crowds of homeless people in the U.S. The professor has also been featured on the Kremlin's English-language propaganda channel, Russia Today.

Mr. Panarin's apocalyptic vision "reflects a very pronounced degree of anti-Americanism in Russia today," says Vladimir Pozner, a prominent TV journalist in Russia. "It's much stronger than it was in the Soviet Union."

Mr. Pozner and other Russian commentators and experts on the U.S. dismiss Mr. Panarin's predictions. "Crazy ideas are not usually discussed by serious people," says Sergei Rogov, director of the government-run Institute for U.S. and Canadian Studies, who thinks Mr. Panarin's theories don't hold water.

Mr. Panarin's rΓ©sumΓ© includes many years in the Soviet KGB, an experience shared by other top Russian officials. His office, in downtown Moscow, shows his national pride, with pennants on the wall bearing the emblem of the FSB, the KGB's successor agency. It is also full of statuettes of eagles; a double-headed eagle was the symbol of czarist Russia.

The professor says he began his career in the KGB in 1976. In post-Soviet Russia, he got a doctorate in political science, studied U.S. economics, and worked for FAPSI, then the Russian equivalent of the U.S. National Security Agency. He says he did strategy forecasts for then-President Boris Yeltsin, adding that the details are "classified."

In September 1998, he attended a conference in Linz, Austria, devoted to information warfare, the use of data to get an edge over a rival. It was there, in front of 400 fellow delegates, that he first presented his theory about the collapse of the U.S. in 2010.

"When I pushed the button on my computer and the map of the United States disintegrated, hundreds of people cried out in surprise," he remembers. He says most in the audience were skeptical. "They didn't believe me."

At the end of the presentation, he says many delegates asked him to autograph copies of the map showing a dismembered U.S.

He based the forecast on classified data supplied to him by FAPSI analysts, he says. He predicts that economic, financial and demographic trends will provoke a political and social crisis in the U.S. When the going gets tough, he says, wealthier states will withhold funds from the federal government and effectively secede from the union. Social unrest up to and including a civil war will follow. The U.S. will then split along ethnic lines, and foreign powers will move in.

California will form the nucleus of what he calls "The Californian Republic," and will be part of China or under Chinese influence. Texas will be the heart of "The Texas Republic," a cluster of states that will go to Mexico or fall under Mexican influence. Washington, D.C., and New York will be part of an "Atlantic America" that may join the European Union. Canada will grab a group of Northern states Prof. Panarin calls "The Central North American Republic." Hawaii, he suggests, will be a protectorate of Japan or China, and Alaska will be subsumed into Russia.

As per his view following will be the proposed map of USA in 2010

"It would be reasonable for Russia to lay claim to Alaska; it was part of the Russian Empire for a long time." A framed satellite image of the Bering Strait that separates Alaska from Russia like a thread hangs from his office wall. "It's not there for no reason," he says with a sly grin.

Interest in his forecast revived this fall when he published an article in Izvestia, one of Russia's biggest national dailies. In it, he reiterated his theory, called U.S. foreign debt "a pyramid scheme," and predicted China and Russia would usurp Washington's role as a global financial regulator.

Americans hope President-elect Barack Obama "can work miracles," he wrote. "But when spring comes, it will be clear that there are no miracles."

The article prompted a question about the White House's reaction to Prof. Panarin's forecast at a December news conference. "I'll have to decline to comment," spokeswoman Dana Perino said amid much laughter.

For Prof. Panarin, Ms. Perino's response was significant. "The way the answer was phrased was an indication that my views are being listened to very carefully," he says.

The professor says he's convinced that people are taking his theory more seriously. People like him have forecast similar cataclysms before, he says, and been right. He cites French political scientist Emmanuel Todd. Mr. Todd is famous for having rightly forecast the demise of the Soviet Union -- 15 years beforehand. "When he forecast the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1976, people laughed at him," says Prof. Panarin.

So this is the whole prediction, what do you think? send your comments about that.
